Fresh food, naturally rich flavors, great service.
While this food is not what I'm typically accustomed to it's terrific in its own way.
My favorite dish now are the lettuce wraps with a wonderfully glazed chicken with diced bell peppers, onions, and carrots. So delicious. It's got a sweet salty savory balance on fresh crisp lettuce. Also, the fried rice is fabulous. It's got just a hint of smoky grilled flavor that I love. Everything is diced to the right proportion's. The hot and sour soup is probably the best I've had yet. It's just spicy enough to balance the salty and smidge of sweetness.
The owners are wonderful people that always come out to greet you.
The only downside I would say, because there has to be at least one, is that the decor at the moment while they're building their business is a bit plain. But, it's simple and probably very easy to clean which is great for a restaurant owner.
It's worth the extra five minute drive from my house to pass up all of the other Chinese restaurants. -

This place was very surprising, in a very good way. In a strip mall in Meridian. Looks like a fast food, take out restaurant. Instead, a no frills, sit down restaraunt. Not fancy, but pleasant and clean.
We had Spring Rolls and Pot Stickers for appetizers; a beef dish, a shrimp dish and fried rice for entrees.
Spring rolls were deep fried, more like egg rolls. Vegetables inside were fresh and crunchy. Pot stickers were best we ever had.
Both entrees were delicious. Beef dish served with vegetables and a sauce. Beef was tender, vegetables crispy, and sauce favorable. Ginger and garlic in sauce. Yum!
Shrimp was deep fried and served with onions and peppers. Shrimp was batter cooked to perfection. Sautéed onions and peppers cooked in a lightly spiced sauce, but the sauce did not make the shrimp soggy. Fried rice cooked with pork and made great a great side dish.
All food was fresh. Seemed to be cooked to order. Service pleasant and efficient.
We do not make it to Meridian often. But when we do, this will be a destination for us.
Given a four for atmosphere. Food a five. -

Don't *wok*, run 'n get you some mega-size entrees!
First and foremost, let me say that the young lady who waited on me the other day charmed me with her smiling, excellent service. She wanted to make absolutely sure that the whole experience was to my complete liking. When I mentioned my frustrating and tragic mushroom intolerance (not a true food allergy), she was quite reassuring to me about the dishes in which it would certainly be excluded. I have trepidation trying new-to-me Asian restaurants b/c of this 'shroom development of recent years. I don't think I have to worry about that here, so I will come back again.
Wanting to come back again soon is due in no small way to the tasty flavors of the beef, shrimp, scallops, carrots, snow peas, and all that vegetable goodness, in pleasing ratio to the meat, with a non-overpowering sauce on a sizzling platter, of my order. What it is about those sizzling platters that makes me feel like a VIP?? Do you feel that way, too, about sizzling platters? The fried rice was not oily, but of the fresher variety to which I had become accustomed in my CA past. D'Oh! Faux pas on the out-of-state mention! Slap me silly!
The ambiance is cheerful-light and casual, so come as you are in your yoga pants and sweatshirt, bring a group, have some chow fun. As my fortune cookie fortune stated, I was lucky on this visit, to discover (through fellow fresh Yelpers) a tasty Chinese restaurant not far away from work/home. The leftovers made for a no-pressure supper that night. No, I don't *always* polish off all my food, friend! Haha
There is a large selection of dishes here, for a broad range of dietary preferences and tastes. Great bang for your buck. I would like to see more people visit Wok Fusion. -

A pleasant, family-operated business serving tasty food at reasonable prices. Service is good, but don't expect an amazing décor or a lot of formality.
